All Bridall La Belle gowns are carefully prepared and quality checked before dispatch.

As our gowns are made to order, please allow approximately 6 weeks for your gown to be made and prepared.

In some cases, orders may be ready sooner, while others can take around 4–8 weeks depending on the gown, customization and supplier.

Once your gown has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details.

Delivery times after dispatch will vary depending on your location.

Returns & Cancellations

Many of our gowns are made specifically to your chosen measurements, colour, design or custom requirements.

Where a gown has been made to your individual specification or personalised for you, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your gown arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Please check all measurements, colour choices and custom details carefully before placing your order.

Alterations are not included unless specifically agreed beforehand.
