Please allow processing time of 5–10 business days.

Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of bridalwear, all gowns are made-to-order and non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ Important: Only use “non-refundable” if that’s actually your policy. Bridal stores often do this because dresses are made to order.
